Please submit your requests well in advance of your need.

Here’s how it works:

  1. You submit your request.  Need some help?  Check the resources page!
  2. Request is received and reviewed by (part time) Communications Director.
  3. Comm Director forwards to media team for design (where applicable).
  4. Media team works in conjunction with comm director and person(s) making request to create project.
  5. Project is released for use.

Please note: Giving plenty of advance notice allows us to represent you well and with exceptional quality.
