WONDER!Land is designed especially for infants through preschool aged children. We know things are busy at this stage of life and these kiddos are growing and learning in amazing ways!
K-4 Discovery Place is for kids in kindergarten through 4th grade. At Discovery Place, we believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be really loud, and good leaders always care. We want kids to see how God’s Word fits into their lives, to learn how to talk to Him, and to build friendships that will last.
Route 252 is our 5th and 6th grade environment. On Route 252 each week, students experience a combination of music, games, and Bible teaching. Before kids head off to middle school, we want to encourage them to model Luke 2:52 – “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.”
You’re invited to pre-register your child(ren) if you’re planning to attend a service soon. This greatly decreases the time it takes on site (and the less time your kids have to wait, the better!). CLICK HERE to pre-register.
When you arrive at either campus, look for a guest host wearing a blue name tag. We will meet your family, take you to the children’s area, check your child into our database system, and show you and your child to their age-appropriate room.
We will ask for the following personal information: family members’ names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.
You may check in your child at any available registration station. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion, and you will keep the matching tag. After the service, you will return to your child’s room, match your tag to your child’s tag and turn those tags into the Classroom Leader.
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will text you. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
The Family Room is available at the Wheeling campus for parents who would like to keep their child with them. This is a “Parent Only” room for families with newborn babies to view the service in a more private and quiet environment.
Expressing God’s Extravagant Love Within the Special Needs Community
Individuals and families affected by special needs are a vital part of the Vineyard Church. Through inclusive and specialized environments, Adventure Zone helps those with special needs fully engage, with support and accommodations, in the life of the church. Their families and friends are given the freedom to attend worship services to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ knowing that their loved ones are also being included in a safe and Christ-centered experience.
How does the Vineyard Church Adventure Zone partner with families?
During the 9:30am service on Sunday, a specialized discipleship environment is provided for students with physical and/or developmental disabilities. With inclusion support, or the support of an individual buddy, students can participate in the group settings of Adventure Kids (0-Grade 5).
Also during the 9:30am service on Sunday, Adventure Zone provides a specialized discipleship environment in room 203 for children with significant physical and/or developmental challenges.
Throughout the year, Adventure Zone events will be organized to promote community within the church where families can have fun and meaningful social interaction, as well as networking opportunities.

Creative Bible Teaching
The Bible is the most amazing book ever written! We strive to bring its stories to life through activities and discussions that keep children engaged. We want all children to love God’s word and understand the value of applying it to their lives.
We value children’s relationships within the small group setting as they relate to their leader and other kids in the group. As families commit to attending the same service each week, children are placed in a group of familiar faces where relationships can grow.
Our environments and lesson materials are created in a way your child will understand. We are so passionate about kids learning this way that we strongly encourage parents to bring their children to Adventure Kids instead of the adult service.
Every child’s name tag is matched to a parent-identification number, every volunteer is screened with an interview and background check, and every hallway is monitored by security personnel.
Kids love fun! We realize that when children have fun at church, they can’t wait to come back. We value creating fun ways for children to learn about Jesus, including games, activities, singing, and live acting.
